Question about identifying items.

Does the level of the character determine any stats on any given identified item?

For example, say if a CoA drops, do I have a better chance at getting high rolls and 2 sockets if I'm level 90 as compared to if a level 1 were to identify it?

And for charms/rares, do I have better chances of getting higher level prefixes and suffixes if the character level is higher?

The item is determined at the point when it drops.
Char lvl doesnt play any role in regular drops.

For drops, clvl doesn't play any role.
But for gambling, shopping and imbueing your clvl plays the main role.
