Has anyone had their dead HC char been reactivated by Blizzard before?

I was victim of an exploit where I was killed whilst standing in town. I've emailed Blizzard but I am awaiting a response.

Man dude, I hope they revive you... D3 has been so lonely without another HC player. I'm all alone.

I've had a dead char revived by server rollback but that's that :P
