Crafting HOTO out of a Scourge Question

So I have a Scourge (Flail) that has these stats:

Damage: 3-80
Required Dexterity: 77
Required Strength: 125
Required Level: 57

Should I still make HOTO (KoVexPulThul) or will my requirements be very high?

I have previously only seen HOTO in Dmg 1-25 Flails, so I'm debating whether or not to socket this particular scourge.

Don't do it. Just get a 4 OS Flail. Putting it in a Scourge like that requires far too much stat investment when you could just use a Flail. If you used the Scourge, the HOTO would also have no resale value.

it can be strength glitched so it looks like your not wearing a weapon to other players. my pally uses not because he's poor but for the glitch. like a zon punching out arrow, it looks cool to me =]
