Question on Trangs, Poison Dagger

First off, Trangs: I'm gonna use it for my necro because it's cheap and I like the vampire look -__-". Anyways, are the fire skills useful at all? I've heard that only fire wall is remotely useful, but can i get some second opinions or numbers on this? Would fire facets help at all? Also, does Poison Dagger even work while in Vamp mode?

The big problem is that when you are using full trangs-oul set, your breakpoints will change... and become a LOT worst. that means fcr breakpoints will be worst, which lead to a lower damage overall.
