Gaze is better imo. We could give a better comparison if you list us the gear layout of your zealot though.

If your zealot uses Grief, Guillaume's is the best PvM helm because it adds 35% CB. If you have enough CB anyway (50% is enough for Übers), use Andariel's Visage, Vampire Gaze or if you can afford it, a 2 socket CoA. A 1 socket CoA isn't much better than a decent Rockstopper with a socket from Larzuk, so don't use one.
