At lvl 30 Frenzy, with ebotdcb and edeathcb, you will need 65% Off Weapon IAS

To get this amount you will need:

20%IAS from Hilords, plus
20%IAS from Lay of Hands, plus
15%IAS from IAS Jewel in your helm, plus
10%IAS from Nosferatu's Coil belt,

65% Total Off Weapon IAS
It is now, that you will hit the final 5fpa Frenzy breakpoint

At lvl 31 Frenzy, with ebotdcb and edeathcb, you will need 60% Off Weapon IAS
Obviously a little lower, but you will still need the full above rundown of items to hit the final 5fpa break point

It is now clear that using the same runewords, but in axes (Berseker Axes) you need less Off Weapon IAS% than Colossus Blades. The following is needed:

At lvl 30 Frenzy, with ebotdz and edeathz, you will need 45% Off Weapon IAS

To get this amount you will need:

20%IAS from Hilords, plus
20%IAS from Lay of Hands, plus
15%IAS from IAS Jewel in your helm, plus
leaving you other options than being forced to use Nosferatu's Coil belt (not that its a bad belt for Frenzy either way)

55% Total Off Weapon IAS with 10%IAS spare for faster "first swing" frenzy attack
You will now hit the final 5fpa Frenzy breakpoint

At lvl 31 Frenzy, with ebotdz and edeathz, you will need 42% Off Weapon IAS

To get this amount you will need:
