i have been looking around and its about even, i want to know what you guys think and why.

what are the pros and cons of each?

This is for a PvM fury druid so keep that in mind, thanks :D.

I would suggest Oak Sage, since Fury adds a ton of AR and DMG, but not so much life!

On the other hand, lycantrophy adds enough life for pvm. With HoW youŽll have more damage and more life steal from Feral Rage. Monsters donŽt really hit that hard, just have max lightning resistance and youŽll be fine.
For example, my one-point-smiter designed for Ubers only has about 1500 life and IŽve never died in Tristram. In pvm itŽs all about damage and life steal.

+1 How here

shifters get a crapton of life from shifting
Id rather have more damage and leach

if you actually need the xtra 1k life to be viable on a shifter then your not doing something right. I usally only pop 5ish in lycanth to boot. This is coming from a hc player no less. If you on sc then i can see no reason to go sage. Sage is for elemental druids imo.

Damage is king imo

the only exception i can see is for untwinked or undergeared party support

Don't forget that your spirit will die, regularly if not frequently.

And when it does, do you want to suddenly lose a ton of life or lose some dmg/AR for a few seconds?

And if it doesn't die regularly for you, keep in mind that when it does (because it will eventually), it probably means you're in a tight spot with some big baddies :P

For pvm I think HoW is better.

Ive all ways prefered oaksage. Also in pvm monsters hp are way to high to see a diffrence in damage being done to them if your using how or not.
