Can someone tell me anything more perfect than my perfect hammerdin build?

You have very good charms as you get 99% as cap is 95%. And You don't have points for Hammer if you go after more than 75% resist with those items.

Why monarch, why not 45 all res pala shield for spirit?

This was my general reaction as well. Also, 125% FHR does you no good at all. Either go to up to 200 or down to as close to 86 as you can get, because right now those FHR charms are a complete waste of inventory space.

Priest's Coronet of The Magus with 2 open socket, Socket them with any number of goodies. Ber runes? Jah is good too.

10% FCR ring with resists +dex Life/Mana

yawn, yet another lvl 99 hammerdin. please tell me that at least you leveled this guy yourself (in other words, tell me you're not another lvl 99 botted hammerdin) otherwise I see no reason to boast about being lvl 99

Other than that, you have too much FHR (it's either 86% or 200%, 125 = 86) and a monarch spirit is best left for everyone else who's not a paladin. Try getting a perf sacred targe spirit (not 35fcr only, 100% perf on a perf def 15%ED/dura and 45 res base with a kickass block rate. Or a perf eth hoz if that's cheaper). If you're going for PERFECT build, might as well spend some and get REAL perfect gear (like perf base mp enigma, perf base eth hoto, and so on)

when you're done with that, try making a bad character for fun :P

He does hit the 125 breakpoint, albeit with a Wizardspike.

Obviously, swap out the wizardspike for a HotO. Swap out the Shako for a 2/20/2 circlet. Swap out the Maras for a crafted 2/20fcr amulet. Swap out the Spirit for a Herald of Zakarum. Swap out one SOJ for a 10fcr ring (the lost skill point is easily made up for with the HotO and HoZ).

Grand charms can spawn with +12% fhr each, not 5, so 9 paladin combat gcs can get 108 fhr. Or they can get resists or life or whatever.

The 'perfectness' of such a build depends on the rolls on the circlet, amulet, and fcr ring. It's already better than the original build, though.

The OP is definitely just speculating, though - there's no way anybody who doesn't know that normal resists are capped at 75, and max resists capped at 95, can get a 20/20 paladin torch anyway... right? ;)
