Why a hybrid?

The strength of wolves comes from Fury; a fast multiple-target attack. The strength from Werebears comes from Shockwave, a great crowd control skill. You can't really combine the two, because I think it would take too much effort to switch between forms all the time.

A Fire Claws Werebear is quite easy to make without requiring expensive gear. All you need is a fast weapon, not even one that does damage.

The only build I can think of is something like Fire Claw Bear/Furywolf hybrid, since bears have a faster FC. I don't think it's the most optimal, but it could work.

What does limited on gear mean? Do you have Jalals, IK stuff, Ribcracker and the like?

I have full IK and stuff I have jalal's upped ribby and no major rune words. The point is to be able to handle different situations differently its a themed SP build single pass twinked. I was thinking maybe a rabies wolf with a weapon switch for like a maul bear. Its just a way to make the game a bit more challanging. Thnx for the tips I welcome more.

I've never actually tried rabies in pvm myself but I've heard that it's pretty ineffective. I think you might be better off with some sort of fury/fire claws hybrid.

I would probably be happy with a pure bear as i look at the skills more I see what ya'll are saying but I want a unique bear and not the kodiak

this build already exists, its my FC Druid guide. Although its for pvp, but any pvp build works well for pvm (and more so with a few tweaks).

unless you mean a wolf/bear both using 2 different main attacks cause if so than you're fighting an up hill battle.
