I can offer you some 1.12a HF rushed runes in enough high value but I do not know what runes are you looking for
If you prefer Ist,Gul or you want to do somethink special and you need many of runes to put them into Lo or somethink higher.

and Can I ask you about history of your skiller? Beacuse this is skiller which we can not see here every day :)
