Is bonesnap pvp worthy?

I am wanting to make a pvp barb wearing bonesnap and rattlecage. is it worth it?

Low, mid, or high level dueling?
Low, sure.
Mid, if 275+% dmg.
High, I'm not sure a perfect Bonesnap will equal or best elite martels and lances.

hmm....

if u do the same damage and have the same life and both are using a 2 handed weapon, than having 90% CB (rattlecage, bonesnap, goblintoe) will mean u have a better chance of activating CB with each hit compared to some one who jsut has 25% CB (goblintoe), and that should give u a clear win.

however, there is also the consideration and factor of u or someone using OW along with CB, i'm not sure if it's better to have 90% CB (rattlecage, goblintoe, bonesnap) or to have ~60% CB and ~25% OW and 5% LL (boneflesh, bonesnap, goblintoe).

the problem with this is that having a shield especially with 75% block (max) (like twitch+swordback or a rare shield at or near 75% block) instead (no bonesnap), completely overrides a person not using a shield. also, the mentioned twitch+swordback not only gives u 75% block, but also OW which helps quite a lot. because of this there's many people who scorn those who use twitch+swordback, very akin to how i scorn the hdin.

Easy answer is -30 req martel and kicky mods, but what are the chances of finding such a beast. For the record i have made 2 h duels vs 30 lv barbs with snaps and my 'lorg' with 4.5 to 5 k def and (-20 req 230 mart) and i in most cases i win. Thats because 5k def is still enough for lld as with sigs 2 angelics and a 300 ar wepoan + mastery as much as possible for that level nets 4.2k ar...
