Quick question

I'm building a Meteorb sorc for MFing and am thinking about going with a spirit monarch shield. Only problem is I have no idea where to find the monarch. So the question is where can I find one?

Also is there a better option than the Spirit shield to shoot for later or is it one of the best ones out there?

Also single player so trading isnt an option :D

You can find it almost everywhere in Hell I believe... at least Meph onwards, since his armor rack dropped one for me.

And yes, Spirit is an end-game sorc shield.

actually there are 2 more shields that can get 4os that are non palli - but their str reqs are even higher and they're "heavy" shields.

Honestly, its easier to trade for one than to find. The bonuses are wonderful, and I wouldn't run a sorc without it (unless you're a specialized build).

Thanks for the help I actually manage to find a white one in Hell Pits and got it socketed via the quest reward.

I have another question tho I'm about to finish maxing my 3 main skills orb, fball and meteor and was wondering what to max next I prefer using fball over meteor so is fbolt the best bet or is mastery better?

Make sure your synergies are maxed (that includes Firebolt).

And as others have said, despite the 156str requirment a Spirit Shield is a sorc's best friend.

mastery helps meteor more, firebolt will increase fireball damage more.
