Hello.

I just leveled on my meteorb sorc (82) and was looking at my talent tree.

I was wondering if I should take a moment and put this talent point into fire bolt for the synergy, or if it would be worthwhile to put the 1 point into enchant to give my henchy the attack bonus. Should I put a hard point into the skill or is it just better to look for a staff with it?

The only reason I am wondering, is because sometimes I come across fire/frost immune unique monsters that I can only static to half health. While I stand there waiting for my henchy to finish it off, it seems like he misses a fair bit. Would the enchant attack bonus even be noticeable? With + to skills it would be at 5 atm, but when I get another piece of gear I’ll be able to shuffle around and get it up to 10.

Your thoughts?

Get enchant from an item and don't bother boosting its lvl.

At higher clvls your merc will miss less and less often. Don't forget to use telekinesis to help him.

ela

- If your hency doesn't have any +AR% than you'll double it with lvl 10 enchy (+100%) what is 1/2 (x1.5, not x2) better precission for him overall... you'll know if you want it or not though.
- Levels are the other half of hit formula, what you alreaddy know^^

You can put 1 point in Enchant, rest in Cold Mastery.

On switch, you should have CTA if merc has Infinity, or Lower Resist wand if not.

Infinity would make things very different... Infy merc wouldn't miss much, and he certainly doesn't want more points in Cold Mastery with Conviction active. :P

Meteorb doesn't have the tightest skill points, but every synergy point still helps. At higher lvls enchant wouldn't be needed, so getting it from item would be more efficient in the long run.

Cool, thats kind of what I was thinking. I bummed around lower difficulties till a +enchant staff dropped.

As for the expensive runewords... Im still worken on beating act 5 on hell. They are a bit further down the road for me. :)

It's not gonna make or break your build. It's more of a question how annoying you find wearing a staff/orb with enchant on switch.
