ISO 4 os monarch, FT pgems and low lvl runes. [RWM/RRM SC 1.12a NTPP]

As the title says I'm looking for a 4 socket monarch so I can try to get a perfect spirit (quite bad roll on my current one but want one extra in case I get an even worse roll).

I have pgems and a couple of each of the lower runes for trade (for obvious reasons I want to keep atleast one set of the Spirit runes.
