Dodge Avoid Evade still bugged?

It has been a while since I played.

I remember a bug with Jab / Fend that would make you miss if Dodge/Avoid/Evade kicked in while attacking.

Did that get fixed, or is it still an issue?

Its still bugged. But on Jab it isnt that much of a problem.
