Does the +to lightning skill damage work for LF on a javazon? ditto the +cold for frozen arrow?

If all you care about is the total damage, Ormus will give you up to 15%....however, it has no other really useful mods. The +2 skills from CoH or Enigma would give you about a 7% bonus to your LF damage (as well as boost every other skill of course) plus other useful mods like resists or tele.

Just a consideration.

An other consideration is that ormus van be socketed with something interesting. An ias jewel or facet for even more damage.
