Drop probabilities?

Is there a site that shows this? There used to be, d2data.net, but it's been down for a while.

Mainly at this time I am wondering whether Normal Meph can drop Bonesnap.

Glitched nm Andy drops it often. In non-ladder with my gold-find barb (minimal mf), I get a Bonesnap every dozen runs or so.
