Hi. I have this lvl 90 zon, who is pretty much finished, can kill pretty much everything pretty effortlesly. But I thought I'd optimize her a bit where possible. I use her strictly for PvM, as an all-round char. A little keyrunning, a little diabaal, killing random stuff, helping friends etc.

Lvl 90

Skills:
Strafe: 20
Valk: 20
Decoy: 10
D/A/E: 3 each
Penetrate: 20
Pierce: 8
Leftover skillpoints: 7

Equipment:
Weapon:upped WWS double shael
Helm: Tal rasha
Boots: Infernostride
Gloves: LoH
Amulet: blue resist
Rings: Raven + rare resist ring
Belt: Gloom's trap
Armor: Crow Caw

I need good suggestions on where to spend my remaining skillpoints. + I would like some input on where my equipment could be improved.
Personally I'm thinking of making either a Treachery (IAS + poison + Fade (that won't trigger much I guess)) or Fortitude (extra damage + lots of res).

Note: I'm not insanely rich :-)

As for gear, I would focus on these pieces as they can be made better quite cheap.

boots: infernostrides don't really offer anything. Ideally, you want gore riders or war travs. Yet as a cheap option, something like goblin toe can help a lot - certainly with a low damage bow like wws.
Belt: try getting a razortails. it's cheap, offers some damage and dex will max out your pierce. What's not to like.

Now, your next problem is armour, and I don't think there are many outspoken cheap option. Eventually, you want coh or fort. Yet if that's out of the question, lets see what else we can do.

Treachery: I wouldn't do this. wws is used as a strafe bow, so with this 'new' bug, there isn't any reason to focus on ias anymore. There isn't a thing like /2 strafe. You could even consider removing the sheals from you bow. With that said, the ias becomes useless and so does treachery for the most part.
Therefore, my advise would be to chose some secondary focus. You can take on some mf with skulders, or you could take on resistances as found on smoke or viper magi. You could go with some effects, like open wounds from the armour you are wearing or crushing blow from rattelcage.

As for skills, I see 3 options. You could take on a second attack like freezing arrow - problem is that 7 points isn't much. You could take some more points in d/e/a, yet it's not very popular. I would put points in decoy, yet the other options are as good. It's hard to say, bowazon often have some spare points.

Skillpoints: CS is the obvious option, I think, since you're pure physical, pure bowie and dont have a lot of Deadly Strike from your gear.

Your gear is all whacked out for a L90....you must have had some supreme patience in low-level areas to make it that far with that gear and not die a lot.

I'm going to assume, since you could up your WWS and are considering Fort, that ~Pul-HR is in your price range. As such:

Helm: Guillaume's for CB, DS
Boots: Gores or Goblin Toe
Belt: Razortail
Amulet: Atma's....much higher CTC Amp, and lets you switch your WWS for an Eaglehorn for more physical damage. Cats Eye or Highlords are also good and within your budget.
Armor: Fort if you can get it, Duress is also good for CB

CS is the last place to dump points, since WWS comes with Deadly Strike (1%/lvl)

Some suggestions:

mf oriented setup
Equipment:
Weapon:upped WWS (nef, shael)
Helm: Tal rasha (ptopaz)
Boots: War Travs
Gloves: LoH
Amulet: Cat's Eye
Rings: Raven + Nagel
Belt: Tal rasha
Armor: Tal rasha (ptopaz)

Leftover skill points: all into pierce.

Assets are 9/3 strafe, knockback, great mf%, decent resists in hell, a little +frw%, and ok damage.

damage oriented setup
Equipment:
Weapon:upped WWS (nef, shael)
Helm: Tal rasha (ptopaz)
Boots: War Travs
Gloves: LoH
Amulet: Cat's Eye
Rings: Raven + Nagel
Belt: Razortail
Armor: Fortitude

Leftover skillpoints: 1 goes into pierce with Razortail = 100% pierce. Rest, as you see fit.

Assets are 9/3 strafe, knockback, a little mf%, decent resists in hell, a little +frw%, 100% pierce, and very nice damage.

Keep in mind that the 2 setups suggested are just food for thought. There are many other possibilities.

PS: @ droid, what KremBanan said. Using WWS one should never put more than 1 point into CS.

If you want WWS as your permanent endgame bow, then yes....if you eventually want to go to Faith, WF, etc. then you'll need the points, though

Razortail - Razortail - Razortail.

Then moar pierce. Remember you need at least lvl9 or lvl10 pierce to use Razortail to maximum effect.
