What would be the best bow/gearsetup if was to use this armor in pvp? I know faith is usually the end all be all for pvp but because of the 60ias would it be better to use something with more punch like a cruel bow or rare or even an xbow? Also would I use the same setup Ie: 120/45helm,cats eye,kb gloves, gores, etc?

With level 14 or 15 fanaticism from faith, 20 ias from an amulet, 20 ias from gloves, 10 ias from a belt and 45 ias from a helm you have a 7-frame attack before you put on your armour, which is as fast as a bowazon can get. Therefore with this setup a fortitude is better than a 160-60 armour since fortitude gives 300 ed instead of only 160 ed and lots of other useful mods instead of 60 ias which would go to waste.
Without fanaticism, with a grand matron bow you would need 147 ias for an 8-frame attack, and for a 7-frame attack you would need to use a faster bow (e.g. matriarchal bow) and would need at least 142 ias. In both cases you would need all the sources of ias mentioned above plus 60 ias from an armour. So you would need a pretty special alternative bow to outweigh both the damage or attack speed lost and the many extra mods lost as a result of not using the faith and fortitude combination.

I agree that if you do choose to use this armour, then this is probably the best option. You would end up with an 8-frame attack rather than a 7-frame attack and you would lose out on extra mods from your armour compared with using faith and fortitude. I don't know how the damage would compare, but I'm sure someone else has done some research into this before and might have some figures.
Don't forget that weapon speed is of increased importance in pvp because you have knockback, which not only means that you can prevent the person you are duelling from attacking you more effectively but also means that you are likely to be hitting them for longer as well as having more damage per unit time.
(P.S. My numbers are from an online weapon speed calculator: http://diablo3.ingame.de/tips/calcs/weaponspeed.php?lang=english)
I would say GMB Faith, unless you play EP or something.
As for the rest of eq, I will simply list what I use.
Faith GMB 15/2/3/15ed
160/60 100life Ancient (Medium armor, I know)
120/45 30dex Diadem (Still looking for a 30fr/w or 100life)
20ias/KB/11str Crafted Gloves
Nosferatu's
War Travs (Looking for a pair of perm Bitter Spurs or Storm Tracks)
Cat's Eye
Raven (250/20)
Crafted Dual-Stat ring with +Min DMG
It's working beautifully!

That is what I call noob-setup.
@ Maarek
slvl 15 Fana + 95% ias = 7fpa (max speed). Thus, your setup has 60% useless ias (aka ditch that armor and get Fortitude).

^ Yeah, as VoX Dei just pointed out, with "Faith", you might as well go with "Fortitude" for more damage. 160/60 is pretty much made for a Windforce set-up.
