K so i couldnt find this info anywhere so a little help plz :)

so i was thinking of getting a act3 fire merc and was wondering if i equipped him with trang helm and armor would that give him +18 FB or is it capped like sorc??
any way his gear would be
helm:trang
armor:trang
weapon:Hexfire
shield:spirit
would this give him +23 or +8 to fire ball?
