After this supposedly-upcoming ladder reset, I'm going to go for a Hybrid Orber/Hydra sorc. I figure she'll be good for PvP or PvM. I am not sure if I'm going to go for low str this time or not, but definitely I will skip ES this time and go for vita.

I figure once the main skills are maxed, I can add evenly to fireball and ice bolt for their tiny bs damage synergies.

Also with static I could have reasonable dmg from all 3 elements. Noice.

Not going to work no pvp. But maybe you are lucky and patch 1.13 changes to your favour. As general rule its not very usefull to plan before you see patch notes as you don't know what nerfs etc has been added. Better to read patch content through and then decide :nod:
