FCR breakpoint?

Hey guys, I'm wondering how this FCR breakpoint works?
For example, since one of the sorc's breakpoint is 63 fcr and the next one is 105 would it mean that i won't get any fcr bonuses if i have 104fcr?

Close, it means you won't get any FCR bonuses above the 63 breakpoint until you have 105fcr.
