The evolution of Diablo - early alpha and beta versions

Here's an interesting website some people might have come across before. It chronicals, through screenshots, the early history of Diablo, going back to when it was a turn-based game and the dungeon generation in particular was quite different.

Yes, this is a very interesting site. Sadly, it hasn't been updated for a while. They did chronicle quite a bit of information and I remember being pretty wowed when I first saw their analyses and screenshots.

Funny thing is that a lot of D2 uniques were around in pre-release Diablo 1, even if they didn't make it in the game.
