View Full Version : Starcraft2 after summer?

Sorry for posting this at the Diablo forum but i didnt see any starcraft forum here.

When i saw that theres gonna be a Blizzcon this summer (August 21-22), one of the things they have said will be present at that event will be more info on starcraft2! So this must mean that there is NO WAY we will get our hands on the game before the end of the year, why o why do they make us suffer like this? :cry:

If you're really desperate, they did say that the Beta was starting soon. Join up, Bra.

But yea, as mentioned above there's talk of the Beta coming out soon (they held a comic contest for beta tickets, and also going from memory gave some beta tickets out at the last blizzcon) so I expect SC2 to be released this year all things going well.

About more information on SC2:
Since it's divided into 3 parts I am guessing that means in Blizzcon 09 we'll get more info about the 2nd part not the 1st.

Cant wait for D3... but maybe SC2 can entertain me a bit to make the waiting at bit easier :)

Warcraft 3 beta happened in summer til fall of 2002 or whatever. After the beta closed, the game was released a following summer (july 5th).

Blizz loves to take their time. If we are EXTREMELY lucky, we might see it by Thxgiving/Christmas. I bet my money on Q2 2010. And that'll fly by too.
