Building a barb

I'm trying to make a barb that would kill sorcs, necs, and zons. He is level 30 with a 230 dmg ancient axe. I'm not sure if I should level him more because 230 is not a lot damage compared to marts and lances. Also I was thinking I should use angelics and irathas. Anyone have any good suggestions for what gear he should be using?

You won't need to use Angelics, since your target audience tends to have little defence.
A Ancient axe has range 4, which is better then a mart.
Ancient axes also tend to have a higher minimum damage then lances, so they are better then lances in that aspect.
Also, if a necro uses IM on you and you have to bezerk him (which also happily bypasses his bonearmor) the ancient axe is faster then a mart or a lance.

I'm not really a expert on BvC though. :)
