Has anyone ever made one??

I have a few questions:

1: It's true that this build reaches only 3 fpa instead of the claimed 2 fpa?
2: Is it true that using dual claws will lower your fpa? I was planning on using a pair of runic talons fools mod with enhanced damage with 2 sox and 40 base ias.. meaning I'd have 2x 80 ias claws.. What speed would I get with this? Or is it better to go with magic claws instead of rares.. so I can get 3 sox and use 2x 100 ias claws?
3: Any other gear suggestions.. I am aiming this more for pvp fun vs my friends than for pvm.. ?

Y, a 100%ias gt's / runics would reach a 3frame attackspeed.

use claw+shield. dualwielding messes the attackspeed up.
I made a pvp venombased one. It was a drag though because to be competitive it needed a lot of prebuff and it still dies a lot, so you keep prebuffing.

It's a while back so i'm not sure but i think a fury runics already reached a 4 frame attack, so that all ias between 40 and 100 would be a waste on any gt's/runics, unless you want to stack vs slow.

You could berber, or umber the fools of quickness or something like that if what i typed above is correct.

well I justed tested it in d2pk..

using a fools with 40 ias.. and socketing 2x shael.. attacks faster than without the shaels..
Also.. when I equip both claws with same speed.. people tell me that I hit them faster.. even though my animation tell me differently.. it doesn't look slower.. it just looks very weird..

Also I have a wolfbarb 4 framer.. and this seems to attack faster..

I need some more insight on this..

Someone with good knowledge of this build.. or someone who has one.. plz reply..
