I consulted the guides and I am still confused. I want to build the best werebear I can but I'm not sure which one to pick. What is the best werebear build and why?

Im not very old , and i dont have any experience at all, but when i have gain some exp , i will tell you that trere is not best built , as there is not a best skill. Find the one that suits you...

Change Thrower, you need to be more specific.
1. PvM or PvP?
2. What is your relative wealth? Can you afford a bunch of high-runeword items?
3. On what metrics are you judging the 'bestness' of your potential werebear?
ex: (highest damage, best tank, easiest to play/make, originality of build...etc)

Answer we these questions three and help can be dispensed.

So Ive decided to use come back zinc's HC Fire Claw Bear guide jay and it lists the skills that I need but not the order in which to max them. Yea Im noob. Anyone have an order for which these skills should be maxed?

The skills are

20 Fire Claws
20 Volcano
20 Firestorm
20 Oak Sage
10+ Lycanthropy
1-5 Shock Wave
and 4 points in Pre Reqs (Maul, Werewolf, Werebear, Molten Boulder)
