I am planning to abandon all other chars I have and trying to build
just one Druid that can do everything I need.
and hopefully looking for an ideal build that can do the following;
(I dont do PvP)

1. Rush people from normal to hell act 5.
2. Chaos / Baal runs
3. Kill Dclone
4. Kill 3 mini ubers(Duriel/Lilith/Izual) to collect organs
5. Kill Uber Tristram without anyone's help
6. Again, I don't do PvP. Only PvM

any help would be appreciated.
Please suggest a good build/skills/gears

Make a hammerdin. Druids are not really up to that task.

If you want to try it, you will have to go for a Windy with a 1 point Fury, but I won't give any guarantees.

I already have a hammerdin.
so there is no Druid build that can do the job?

A dedicated hybrid between bjam's ribcracker wolf and puma's Coyote would yield a fast killing (and running) monster capable of doing all of the above, though the grace that is Grief>IM and a Ribby for Ubers (or an Etomb w/ CB gear, if you can keep the res high).

What your asking for is the 'Holy Grail' of druids builds. Most of your wants are easily granted with a Fury build of some kind stacking alot of Crushing Blow (ribcracker/lw).

The problem i see is "rushing" that means adding enigma into the mix and beefing up mana and gear to assist with teleing around at a decent speed. Also if you want to rush people ur gonna need to deal with chaos, and those danm IM casting Knights. U can avoid it and go slowly but then the word rush gets taken out of the equation. Here is where a Windy would be alot more helpful.

Druids are great, seriously under-rated and alot of fun to play. However, i don't think they have the Do all build as does the Paladin class.

it seems to me like you want the 1 pt smiter version of a druid, in which case i would say here's a build, designed while typing, try it if your feeling a bit "riskay".......

20- armageddon (druids can cast armageddon while in wolf form)
20- fury
20- lycanthropy

i dunno the rest, pretty much, i'd pump up a fury wolf thing for the ubers, but try to pull in some elemental damage for the rushes, all i can say is good luck, and if it works like you want, let me know.

that would be an earth-shaker druid or something... there's a guide in the stickies

i doubt it would do all of the above though

Armageddon doesn't really add much in terms of effectiveness, and that was the question in this post.

If you want to do all the things you mention with a druid, you essentially need 2 of them.

- For ubers and dclone you need a strong melee physical-damage druid, i.e. Fury wolf.
- For rushing and runs you need a druid with teleport and good damage, i.e. a wind druid.

Once I perfect gear selections and see what affordable alternatives work, you may well have given me a fully viable Windwolf hybrid. And I might add, the initial setup hits 5 fpa fury with decent damage via Grief and 54% DS, the 86% FHR bp as a wolf, max DR and Block with SS, and 99/142 on switch. The skills are tight as hell, and to fully synergize wind would likely take until level 95+, but oh my...telestomp in pvp, only to shift and pwn that pesky BvC/WW sin with no block  Oh yeah, and initial setups are close to 5k/5k life/damage without shifting, and 7.4k life shifted. This is also with 5 spirit wolves out, and a pt in dire wolves to give each pup about 1k life after Oak and BO. Any suggestions or anyone else ever try this hybrid?

what about using beast and caster gear? with all the +skills it could work.

Closest I get get to an all purpose Druid would be a Uber Fury Wolf with a Wizzy and Spirit on switch (lots of mana and FCR). The only gear you would absolutely have to swap would be the armor (CoH/Enigma) depending on the job at hand.

WW sin with no block? Really? :whistling:

Oops... I'm a sin fan in the Druid forum... about to get mobbed

Well, less than ideal chance to block, how's that? If you're a claw/shield kinda sin, you're probably still better off with going wolf or DR setup.
