Welcome to the forums.

Enjoy your stay and all that.

There's plenty of info and tips in all of the stickied threads, for starters this forum and in the Community Forum's Rules and Links Thread (guides section).

While you're at it, please take a moment to read over our forum rules (if you have yet to do so, but you should have by now because there;s a check box you need to check when creating an accoun that says you read the rules), and also keep the swearing off the boards as it isn't allowed here and try to post in a manner that can be understood by those reading, for example: Some1, wats, plzz etc. should be Someone, what's and please.

Thank you and enjoy your stay.

Seconded.

As a general rule, Forum Posts are like e-mail. They are not chat rooms or text messages. While forum posts don't need to be incredibly formal, they should be written in a format you would use when addressing your teacher or boss. They should be written with readability and understandability as the primary goals, rather than speed.

Informal language isn't bad, other than the swearing, but it's chat-speak, not forum-speak.

This matters for three reasons. First, there's no rush. It's a forum post, after all, and automatic spell-checkers are built into most web browsers these days. Take 5 seconds and click on the misspelled words.

Second, in my personal experience, a substantial number of people on most English language forums are not native English speakers. I don't know if this is true for these forums in particular, but it's certainly relevant. Well-written posts are very easy for everyone to read, while chat-speak posts are hard for everyone, and almost impossible for non-native speakers.

Finally, it's common courtesy. We are not your friends (yet). We do not know you. We are strangers. Talk to us the way you talk to strangers.

The faster you write something, the longer it will take each and every person to read.

Anyway, to answer your questions:

There are many threads on Magic Find. In older patches (1.09 etc), Nightmare Mephisto was the favorite. These days, the best spot is Hell Pits. That is, "The Pits" (a two-level dungeon in Act 1 Tamoe Highland) on Hell Difficulty (also called Pit-Running). It has one of the highest Area Levels in the game, and is by far the easiest of those areas. For the really high-end items, only Hell Diablo, Hell Nilithak, and Hell Baal will do. Of those, Nilithak is the easiest to get to if you know how. There are threads (stickied I believe) that detail this much more thoroughly.

I haven't heard about glitched Andy or Mephisto, so I can't help there. I'm going to guess these refer to something from an older patch, though I may be horribly wrong. The only 'glitch' I know of isn't really a glitch. The term is "Glitch-leveled" or something like it, and involves using other people to get a very low-level character to Hell Difficulty (without doing Ancients, hence the glitch part), then gaining levels in Hell Chaos Sanctuary. I've not tried it myself, but from what I understand characters level up very rapidly in this manner. (the glitch could also refer to that last part; characters below a certain level gain almost no XP in most places, but Hell Chaos Sanctuary seems to be an exception to that rule).

ok thank you for the information about the pits, and about the hell chaos lvling, its true, you do what is simply called "grush" where you can glitch rush charcters all the way to hell and simply get to lvl 80s withing no time at all

Noodle welcomes you, and in an additional nod to our non-native English speakers, encourages you to not use a big word when a diminutive one would suffice.

Noodle believes the Andariel glitch you speak of so warmly is what is referred to on the street as a "quest bug." Scientists in the Noodle Laboratory report that once you exterminate the pierced poisoning pest, immediately speaking with Warriv in town will ensure that you will enjoy drops on subsequent Andy kills as if they were quest drops, with a higher rate of return. Noodle urges the gentle reader to note that it is not necessary to travel east with Warriv in order to reap the benefits of the bug.

This has been Noodle, on behalf of Noodle.

also, they should be written with passion, meaning, style, love, understanding, enthusiasm, patience, humour, fairness, righteousness, frankness, gloriousness, grandness, eleganceness, etc. ... ness

I think the "glitches" you are referring to are when a character creates a game that has not completed the Act Boss Quest (specifically Mephisto and Baal are the most common) and then you use another character to kill the boss getting the enhanced drop you get for first completing the quest. Then you have the character that still has not completed the quest create a new game and you do it again.

If you have a buddy to MF with this can be a good way for you to work together. Have him create the game and run the Pitts, Ancient Tunnels, whatever he can and likes to run; and then you kill the act bosses. Every couple runs you guys can trade off who does what or just split the drops.
