I think I am not first asking , but where can I find it(natural GC)? :scratchchin:

Any monster or chest from the Flayer Jungle (Nightmare) and beyond can drop a grand charm that is high enough level to be a +skill charm, the actual odds of getting a specific skill tree is about 0.45% (about 1 in 200) if I remember correctly.
