What armor for Duress

I'm working on getting gear ready for a PVM Fireclaws Bear. I was wondering if a low 400 Duskshroud would be good for Duress or would I have a lot of def issues?

Well druids are not known for their defense. But werebear improves defense. The armour should be fine, more defense is better but I don't think youll be hurtin with what you have.

That armor is fine. You shouldn't waste time/wealth to acquire a higher defense armor, which will only end up giving you a few hundred defense at the most. I'd just go with that one.

It really depends on how much str you have and whether you have frw. Lighter gear makes you move faster, heavier gear makes you a little slower unless you got some frw boots or charms in the inventory!
