i just found a 2/20, str, cold res sin circlet with no sock.
is that worth to sheal'd.or if i want to sell is that worth a pul?

If looking to sell, the trade forums are your best bet. Include Lad, non lad, realm, w.e you're on. If trading, keep it clean and no sockets. Nobody wants to waste a hel to get it out, and you'd be best not wasting the shael for it to be hel'd (doubt he'd need the fhr).

If using it, soc with w.e you need in it (shael for fhr, jewels for w.e stats, etc.)
