Im building my druid , level 21 now , and i am a little bit comfused about the type of weapon.
Should i choose a 2 handed or a 1 handed plus a shield?
Im planning a werewolf building ( 20 werewolf, 20 lycanthropy, 20 fury)

Yes.
Plan for both, max defence and resist on switch and max damage as primary.
Play him like a wood chipper, just don't feed him too fast.

This depends on two things, 1 are you pvm or pvp, 2 what kind of funds do you have? For pvp you should have both options ready. For pvm a fast, high damage 2 hander usually takes the case because wolves tend to have massive amounts of life, if you are lacking funds however a 1 hand with shield can provide more safety.

if you pvp = 1 handed against melee, 2 handed against casters.
pvm = take your pick then we'll discuss weapons.
He's playing pvm, single player, 1.07 IIRC.
Use the biggest best 2 hander you can find. And put 20 points in Oak sage.

Ribby would be the choice for pvm and 1.12

I always go 2 handed weapons (PvM) on a werewolf or werebear. As others have said, a ribcracker is a cheap good weapon. The only time I would go 1 handed is if I'm doing something like using a Tiamut's rebuke shield and elemental weapon to deal with physical immunes.
