ok well one thing i have been asking myself since i saw this wizrd video is, do you guys think there will be breakpoints (not just FCR) but in this case do u think wizards will be able to cast faster like in d2 with gear or will there be a pre set time of casting?

because i see that they are more interested as far as skill looks rather than the BP's

There will be a system if faster cast rate and increased attack speed. If they don't, they are looking at more nagging then the autostats.

However, increasing a certain aspect has little do to with breakpoints. Certainly not when it's full 3D so they don't have to divided things in animation frames.
