I'm curious as to what the level/stat requirements of this axe would be if i upped it.

Required Level: 39
Required Strength: 68
Range: 2
Base Weapon Speed: [10]
+150-200% Enhanced Damage (varies)
Adds 30-50 Damage
35% Deadly Strike
25% Chance of Open Wounds
30% Increased Attack Speed
Indestructible
(Only Spawns In Patch 1.09 or later)
Basically, the strength, dex, range and speeds shall become that of the elite version. It's level shall increase by +7 from exceptional to elite (+5 from normal to exceptional, totalling +12 from normal to elite). Note that the level which is increased shall be either be the unique level or the base item level, whichever is higher. The butcher's pupil unique level is 39, but the Small Crescent base item level req is 45, so it's the latter which is used in this case.
It'll become:
Butcher's Pupil
Small Crescent
One-Hand Damage: (125-144) To (200-230) (162.5-187 Avg)
Required Level: 52
Required Strength: 115
Required Dexterity: 83
Range: 2
Base Weapon Speed: [10]
+150-200% Enhanced Damage (varies)
Adds 30-50 Damage
35% Deadly Strike
25% Chance of Open Wounds
30% Increased Attack Speed
Indestructible
(Only Spawns In Patch 1.09 or later)

Note that the level which is increased shall be either be the unique level or the base item level, whichever is higher.
... or the req of what it's socketed with. That might be considered as a correction of the level of the unique if it's higher, but it's important to note that it doesn't matter whether you socket it before or after upping. That means, no matter when you add e.g. a Ber rune (level req 63) to that weapon, the new level req will be 70.
