I want to ask if any of this amazon skills ( D/A/E) has any use against magical damage...

Yes, it has use against pretty much every attack in the game...

I guess that D/A/E doesn't help against tracking missiles, like GA and targeted bone spirits. My zon does a lot of CS runs and the bone spirits from the OKs always seem to hit, so it's probably the same with GA (which will probably do a 180° turn and attack you again in case you can really dodge it). AFAIK she can also dodge fireballs, but if it hits something else and the zon is within the blast area, she will still suffer damage.

I think I've seen her dodge even Diablo's firestorm.
