is it possible to runeword insight a lance reqired lvl 25?

No. Insight doesn't work on spear class weapons like a lance, only on polearms and staves.

For spear class probably HONOR at lvl27 and then PASSION at lvl43.
I am actually using the later one with my lvl82 barb .)
