Blade Fury Q

The stats for Blade Fury look like this:

Current Skill Level: 1
Damage: 8-10
+3/4 Weapon Damage
Mana Cost: 1 per blade

So my question is what does the "Damage: 8-10" portion refer to? Is that +8 minimum and +10 maximum damage? Blade Sentinel and Blade Shield have the same stats so I assume they all work the same way.

That damage is added on top of the 3/4 weapon damage, much like elemental damage added onto other skills.
