I'm Currently lvl 58 on EuScLadder got to Act 5 nightmare but having hard time there. I'm not really sure what items should i look for at this stage ive got small budget of 16pgems and some runes highest being KO any suggestions and help would be appreciated
If you give us a list of your current gear we can help more. Generally I would say you need to get some higher skill levels, so things like ort+sol in a helm is cheap and effective, a good wand (keep checking merchants), a +3 or +2 necromancer summing skills amulet is good as well.

Once you've got to the first waypoint, level up a bit on eldritch and shenk. At about 61/62 work your way to rescue Anya then do a few more eldritch/shenk/pindle runs.
A golemmancer circlet (which can be gambled at lvl 60), a golemancer amulet (that also can be gambled) and a shop bought golemancer wand (+3 to summons,+3 to summon resist ,+3 to revives etc would be nice and cost 500k or so. Plain unsocketed golemancer items could be traded for a few perfect gems. Plus 9 to summon skills will take you comfortably through to guardianship.
Repair every wand and head you find too.If you get a good one worth making a 'white' wand then run the countess for the runes or trade for them.
I'd recommend saving the ko for an elite ethereal 'obedience' polearm which may drop in act 5 nm.
My current Items are:
Warmskull +1 to all necro skills
Wand whit +3 CE and +1 SM
+ some magic find items but roughly have +80MF and resist items

Actually, Tarantella's info was a bit off. The alvl of the Golemlord affix is indeed 60, but it is available before then. Shops offer items with alvl <= clvl + 5, which means Golemlord's wands have been available to you from shops since you were level 55. If you don't see one for sale, leave town and come back, and the merchant will have new items for sale.
With Gambling, the maximum alvl of the item you receive is up to clvl+6 and as little as clvl-3. That means, if you're still clvl 58, that an item you gamble will have a max alvl from 55-64. That means you could successfully gamble a Golemlord's amulet now, but you'll have better odds for success at clvl63+. Circlets receive a +3 alvl bonus, so you'd get a range of 58-67, so your odds are better there, but will be best at clvl60. Coronets are more expensive, but get a +8 bonus, giving you a range of 64-73 at your current level; your odds of getting one this way are very good, but the added gold costs means you'd be best off just waiting until clvl60 to gamble for a Golemlord's circlet, and clvl63 to gamble for the amulet.
As far as a Golemlord's head goes, you can't buy or gamble one. Your best bet to find one (or happen upon another Golemlord's item) is by going through Act 5 NM, which you conveniently are in. Don't bother with the areas before the Arreat Plateau, because it can't drop there. Stop following the advice to level at Shenk, instead proceed to the Arreat Plateau or later, then level there. Since the qlvl of the unique head of choice, the Homunculus, is also 60 (or is it 61? I forget) this will also give you a chance to happen upon one of those.
