I dont use Scoobs guide I use a diffent one ... Hel are NOT worth that much ... Every season before they have been at very close to 5 units ... check any other price guides from seasons past and East prices you will see I am correct ...

I thinks scoobs just put low runes a little bit higher because they are a little bit more in demand because there is a lot Hr's out there right now ... at least there are alot more here at the forums

I put the low rune prices up because that's how much they ARE CURRENTLY worth compared with HRs. If anything's wrong with my guide, it's the probably the fact that I'm currently sort of undervaluing Puls and pgems abit but I'm trying to work out the balance there.
Seriously TCTC, everyone here lowballs to start including me so just admit that instead of trying to get newer players confused by disputing my price guide and pick up a real bargain doing so.

The market conditions change.
You don't have to look further than the anni prices and Pul/Um/Mal values to see that.
While Hel isn't exactly 10, it's definately closer to that than it is to 5 and HR value has dropped alot lately.
