I call it the RoflDruid, because the way the Druid moves makes me ROFL.
Yes, I am new here, but I've been with the game for about 6 years now.

RoflDruid
A combination of Werewolf, Lycanthropy, Fury, 1 Point in Cyclone Armor and its Bonuses, Summon Grizzly, and rest of points distributed in Summon Dire Wolf and Summon Spirit Wolf.

The RoflDruid needs quite some bit of Dexterity, so here's what I've decided to do with my stats.

Strength: Just enough to wear all equipment.
Dexterity:100-120
Vitality: Rest
Energy: None

The RoflDruid's skills are as follows:

Summoning: 42
Raven: 1
Oak Sage: 1
Summon Grizzly: 20
Summon Spirit Wolf: 10 (Varies)
Summon Dire Wolf: 10 (Varies)

Shape Shifting: 62
Werewolf: 20
Lycanthropy: 20
Fury: 20
Feral Rage: 1
Rabies: 1

Elemental: 5
Arctic Blast: 1
Cyclone Armor: 1
Twister: 1
Tornado: 1
Hurricane: 1

To get all those skills, you'll be at level 98. Hm...
I prefer to leave a few points out of the two wolf skills. I think the shape shifting skills are priority, and the others...whatever.

Since I knew that the RoflDruid would miss, I decided to make all his hits count for something. I made it as cheap as I could.

Helm: Guillaumme's Face, Socketed with Ber Rune. Why?: Mainly for the crushing blow (35%). Ber for the Damage Reduction.
Armor: Duress Runeword. Why?: Crushing Blow (15%), Resists. Now we are at 50% crushing blow.
Belt: Verdungo's Hearty Cord. Why?: Life leech, Life boost, etc. Good melee character belt.
Rings: Angelic Rings, Switch 1 to Raven Frost (Varies). Why?: HUGE bonus to attack rating. Gives a nice 155 to life.
Amulet: Angelic Wings. Why?: Required for the 24 attack rating/level effect to come out.
Gloves: Dracul's Grasp. Why?: We all need the life tap.
Boots: Gore Riders. Why?: 15% Crushing Blow, and some good mods that come with it. Now we are at 65% Crushing blow.
Weapon (I): Last Wish, Berserker Axe. Why?: High damage, 60% chance crushing blow, and Ignore Target Defense. Also comes with a nice Might aura. This puts us at a nice 115% crushing blow, and we really only need 95%. Great, huh?
Shield (I): Superior Monarch, Gemmed with 4 Um Runes. Why?: I needed the resists.
Weapon (II): Call to Arms. Why?: BO.
Shield (II): Spirit Monarch. Why?:Enhances BO.

Inventory:
Horadric Cube for Extra Storage
Scroll of Town Portal
Hellfire Torch
8 Spiritual Grand Charms of Dexterity
7 Shimmering Small Charms of Vita
1 Annihilus

Hotkeys:
F1: Werewolf
F2: Cyclone Armor
F3: Summon Grizzly
F4: Summon Spirit Wolf
F5: Battle Command
F6: Battle Orders

Start on F2, and cast everything as you go down the list.

Mercenary:
Act 1 Rogue Hireling

Weapon: Faith Why?: Fanaticism Aura for me, and my Grizzly and my wolves.
Armor: Fortitude, eth bugged. Why?: She needs to live.
Helm: Vampire Gaze. Why?: Life leech.

I don't know if the auras stack, but so far it looks like I have:

Might
Fanaticism
Defiance

And I know I missed an aura or two. Oh well.

Since I'm new here, I'm expecting negative comments, as that's how it's been on every new forum I register on. (Constructive criticism is different.)

So please tell me how I can make this build better, and what you think of it!

Hello! Welcome to the forums

First of all, you can't have both Grizzly and Wolves summoned at the same time, so you need to choose one. Also, I'd put those points from Summon Spirit Wolf to Summon Dire Wolf, because Spirit wolf skill boosts only your summons AR, but Dire wolf gives extra life to summons.

Also, remember that +skills boosts those summon synergies (yes, they do, unlike other synergies). And, you do know that you can't cast Cyclone Armor in Wereform, so you'll have to transform to human form every time you want to recast your CA? It can be annoying, that's why I never use it. Also the same thing for BO.

That Last Wish BA isn't propably the best option for wolfie, because it doesn't give any IAS and only IAS from weapon counts with werewolves. Other words, you'll attack very slow. 2.4 times per second, but if you take upped Ribcracker with Shael (weapon has 50CB) you'll attack 3.12 times per sec, but Ribby is 2-hander. That's a big difference, at least in my eyes.

Verdungo's, very nice belt if you need the DR and a little extra FHR. Just a reminder, that +Vita won't get boosted by Lycanthropy or BO, so with 40 Vita, you'll get just 80 life, but it's still one of my favorites too.

Why 100-120 Dexterity? You'll have enough AR from Angelic Combo, Raven Frost, Werewolf skill etc etc. No need to put points there, because trust me, you don't want to go Max Block with just Monarch. Maybe with other shield (Stormshield, 'Sanctuary' Troll Nest, Whistan's), but I still recommend that 2-handed Ribcracker.

Also, if you want to check out, Click (http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=709264) and you'll see my Fury/Summon Druid, I just made in Single Player, just for fun reading :)

Cheers.

edit.

Darn it, of course I forgot something. Check Jalal's Mane as a helm, it really is the best wolf helm there is, with it's nice skill boosts, AR, str, all res, fhr and you can socket it. Worth to replace Guillaume's in my opinion.

1 being Last Wish SUCKS for a druid, no IAS, the Might aura really doesn't justify using it. 2 being a regular monarch with 4 um's, why not just pdiamonds?
3 You did say this build was cheap but ber/4 um's/Last Wish???
4 50% CB is enough for pvm, you could go with Ribby/Jalals save the ber/4 um's/Last Wish and use those runes for a CoH to take care of your resists give you a little DR, leech, etc.
5 I suggest you take a look at the builds already on this site...

Well...I will had like 10 high runes left after I traded for all the items.

I tried doing Uber Trist with this character, and I kept missing over and over again. It was really getting on my nerves, so I decided to dump some points into dexterity.

After my rebuild, my chance to hit Uber Mephisto, Diablo, and Baal was only at about 81%. Chance to hit anything else was 95%.

If you're trying to make this cheap I guess you could use ribcracker, I didn't see it while I was browsing through item catalogs (I look up an item before I trade for it.), and I guess the increased attack speed is a pretty good mod. Plus the level 18 Fanaticism I have from my Merc using faith will make the Druid hit fast.

Last wish I really liked for the Prevent Monster Heal and Ignore Target Defense mods, so that's why I picked. And of course, the crushing blow.

Welcome to the forums.

I won't waste your time repeating what they said so let's see...

With only one point in the Wind tree you won't be doing anything with CA. It'll fall in one hit and you'd have to unshift to recast it. Those points are better spent in Dire Wolf to help your Griz tank.

Next, from my experience five points into Spirit Wolf is more than enough to keep them hitting consistently. Put the other five points into Dire.

I suppose you could do LW. However, the only way I'd ever use it would be on some Shock Summoner build where I'm more decoration than a consistent damage source. Otherwise, Ribby is superior. If you insist on going one hander though I suggest Eth DC, BotD, Grief, or Azure Wrath. All of these weapons hit decently fast and cost much less than LW. For Shield, I'd say go Sanctuary Troll's Nest. It gives upwards to 70 resist all, 20 Dex, great blocking, and Slow Missile >.>.

Helm: If you go Ribby than Jalal's, otherwise keep Guil.

Armor: I prefer CoH to Fort for summon hybrids. The +skills helps your summons much more than the ED helps you >.>.

Hope that helps!
