Need help LLD druid

Hi!

I was thinking about making a vLLD shapeshifter, more or less for PK purposes.
I'm not that rich when it comes to LLD items, that is why I chose for a PK build. An actual duel build would probably take me too long getting all the items.

Have a couple of questions:

1: Should I go with level 9 or 12? 12 opens up Angelics. I don't wanna go any higher than 12.
2: I am thinking of using Khalim's Flail/Will as weapon. How does the bug of getting work exactly? And.. Is there a difference between using the thing that drops at the council or the actual cubed version?
3: I'm thinking, for PK, Wolfform is best. What other items should I use?
4: This will be a non hell rushed char, cuz it has to be able to see normal games.

1. 12, You need Feral Rage or Maul

2. Bug is to die at Meph before passing through the gate, then walking through the portal naked.

3. Socketed items with max damage charms should be the gear to shoot for

4. :( Just use another character to see games. The extra points into WW help tremendously for a build like this.

1: How about going 12? not many lvl 9s on ladder, IMO.
2: Khalim's Flail? are you using it for the speed?
3: get max jools with ar in gear, since you can't use twitchthroe use blinkbat's form, 3 sox light plate or 4 sox gothic plate?
4: i agree with Verashiden, all successfull vLLDs are hell rushed (from what i know).
