GoldFind Barb options

Hello all and happy holidays. Im making a GF barb, and ive checked out some guides. They all suggest that merc do all the killing. It makes sense because of the increases GF from Merc gear. But I dont want to depend on merc for killing so.... My question is this, what skill should barb use to do the killing himself? Im hoping to use 6os weapon with lems in it. So which weapon and what skill for Barb? Any help would be great.

if you have a 6 Lem'd Sword, you won't be doing any killing at all, no matter what your skills. You will get annihilated. The only way to go is Leap, so you can stun them, otherwise the council is very dangerous if you aren't doing anything to take them out.

Don't use the 6os Lem swords, please! Get that out of your mind at once!! Save the Lems for Ali babas, Crown Of Thieves, 3os wealth coronets and runewords.

If you want to be a pure gold find Barb, then 2 x 6 Lem Swords is the only way to go, but I think you really want to pick Leap as your "offensive" skill in such a case in order to stun the council.

But like deadbeater said, a better balance is wearing 2 x dual Lem'd ali baba's, so that you have some good magic find as well. my gold find barb will end up with 2951 gold find and 560 magic find.

Look for a guide based on frenzy. I know that I've seen at least one. Iirc, you just build a frenzy barb and put as much gf as you can on him. The best weapons will be 5os runemasters. Or maybe just one RM and then an Oath or similar for the main hand.
