1. Does Open Wounds work with whirlwind?
2. Does OW work on PIs? I know Crushing Blow doesn't, so I wanted to make sure.
3. According to the Arrear Summit, OW's duration is 8 seconds. Does it suffer any kind of penalty, like in Hell difficulty or vs ubers?
