Building an IK WW Barb

I'm thinking about making an IK WW Barb but am not sure which skills to use and max.

Right now I'm guessing:
WW-max
Mace mastery-max
BO-max
Iron skin? - max
BC-1 point
Natural resistance-1 point?

Along with all the prerequisites.

Also what should my stat distribution be like?

I'm guessing:
Str-enough for gear
Dex-enough for gear
Vit-all the rest
Ene-none

Does anyone have better skill/stat distributions or some specific things they'd like to mention?

I'd max shout not iron skin. Adds benefit of time to BO and damage to Berzerk (+1 there imo). Str to equip gear and the rest on vita is spot-on, dex isn't needed. The rest +1 is fine.

Also, a pair of sheals in the maul will allow you to hit max ww speed, or a pair of 15%IAS jewels (++mods on the jewels is nice but pricey).
