IK barb, what build?

I've decided to make an IK barb, but I am not sure if I should go with conc or beserk. And how many point should I put in war cry?

With my IK barb I use berserk only against PIs (though this becomes less useful as you complete the set) and around OKs (so I'm safe against iron maiden). Berserk hurts your defenses and doesn't let you leech. Concentrate is okay for a quick hit for mana leech (when I get hit with mana burn), but the #1 killing skill is whirlwind.

So max WW and 1pt in conc and beserk? From what I heard it seems WW really suffers from diminishing returns, and you're best to only put 10 points into it, then 20 in say, concentration.

conc is a relatively slow killer. I'm not sure were the returns diminish for ww, it's a much more efficient attack. 20pt ww, 1 pt conc, 1pt zerk.

I say 20 ww, 10-15 conc, 1 zerk. 1 pt. in WC is more than enough. Becomes 10 plus with levels.If you have spare points, put the rest into Conc.

Conc is a very boring, but too effective an attack.

i agree with the maxed ww, that's what i use for my IK barb. then max shout and bo and mace mastery. the maxed shout is a great synergy for your 1pt beserk.

Yeah, once you max WW, Mastery, BO (adds to conc) and Shout (adds to Zerk) with 1pt in....natty res, Iron Skin, increased speed, inc stamina, conc, zerk and Battle Command you're pretty much done. Then you can just do what ever you like.

Personally I didn't feel the need to add to much else since i use WW like 90% of the time anyway, so just for fun I started to add to increased speed lol. It's actually kinda cool since he can't tele or move fast like a frenzier.

This is my prefered setup:

Max: WW, mastery, BO, Shout
1-pt wonders: Natural Resistance, Battle Command, Concentrate
optional 1-pt wonders: Berzerk, Increase Speed, Increase Stamina, Leap, Leap Attack, War Cry
rest in Iron Skin

I've made a couple different IK Conc barbs. They make excellent Nihl runners. Sol in the armor, two in the helm, and a couple of Nat's Peace rings and they snakes are easy.

Conc is a linear skill, there's no diminishing returns. Plus it has a synergy in BO which is nice, too. My current one is lvl 89 (HC) and is one of my fav characters.
