Lastwish for A5 merc for WW barb?

Would this be a vaible thing to do. You get:
1) lvl 17 might aura.
2) Life tap that is activated by the merc. hitting bad guys. ( WW will not activate life tap).
3) with Fade you merc will stay alive longer.
Like to hear what you guys have to say.

hmm.. act 5 mercs dont appear to be too effective.. pretty low damage, their only plus is pretty good def.
id use might a2 merc, with pride if you can afford it, which seems likely as you can afford a lastwish for a merc :p
that way you get 2 auras for the price of pride..
also they have much more survivability as they hit alot more often and seem to concentrate on the enemies more than a5 [ they seem to wander off a fair bit ]
and if they walk off they arent going to leech now are they?
also dont worry about life tap.. if you use arreats theres life leech,
if you use 1 raven and a life leech ring, you should be set, also most barb gear has sturdy defense and damage reduce, also after bo your hp will be very high.. if you have end game gear then you should be fine, and very damaging with the concentration aura and might aura from your merc!
also fade isnt necersary as every level your merc gains 1 to all resistance so once your upto 80-90 max res is standard without gear!

But Act 5 mercs gets a lot more HPs than the Act 2.

I'm using a LW Act 5 merc for my frrenzier. He, the merc, is using an eth colossus blade, so it's hakuna matata in regards to damage he spews. Besides, the main Barbie should be doing most if not the killing, unless he's a singer.

The act 2 merc is a little like Riddick Bowe: a brilliant fighter, but wanders off bit too often.

Lifetap IS handy. Also, pride sucks for mercs. Reapers is so much better

Seems quite good. Only way to get lifetap for a ww barb
