Question on Faster Hit Recovery

I have a lvl 89 zeal/smiter pala, and max out everything that is important. Right now I have a 52% Faster Hit Recovery from my equipment.

-So I have two question, does more fhr % make it better and more damage for zeal, if so what is the max?

Also if I add more Attack Rating Sc, is that any help?

I don't think FHR makes Zeal deal more damage (unless you mean "less time FHRing = more time to Zeal"), and I don't see why you would..

What I think, I mainly focus on is would adding more FHR and AR benefit zeal.

FHR reduces the time u shall waste when u are hit. it has nothing to do with damage or ar.
AR always helps zeal to hit but FHR doesnot, it is something different.

Although fhr makes you spend more time zealing and less time shouting for pain!

What you should go for is either 42 or 86.
