should i go max block or all vitality

i can't decide what would be better for my hdin, max block or lots of vita. he's a mf pvm din and already has max resist. i noticed the witches and stygian furys do more dmg than souls do. because of that, i was thinking maxing vita. on the other hand, i think max block would help against physical attacks (obviously). but if i had enough life, would i even have to worry about that?

Max life build comared to max block has around 30% more life (i think?).
While max block has at least 50% more block chance resulting in 200% more survivability against melee (25% compared to 75%).
For pvm its definitly worth it to go max block as you will teleport into crowds a lot.
For pvm its debatable as a lot of builds are casters or smiters (garanteed hit).
Still i think if a decent smiter hits you your dead anyway. That little life increase wont make a huge difference while that block sure saves your *** against ww barbs, ghostsins and bowazons though there aint many.
