Hammerdin key positioning

I just finished an another paladin again.
And immediatly remembered how painfull a hasty diablo run could get for my fingers.

Is there a comfortable and well proven system for key positioning?
What keys do you use?

Rigt now i have hammers on left klick so i need to hold shift to cast. My right slot is used by F1(concentration) F2 (teleport) F3(redemption).
I use my pinky finger for holding down shift :D

Just realized its stupid not to put keys somewhere better.

ps: not to speak of what a drag it is to reach that ALT key for item check. So everybody else can pick up items 3 times faster than me :(

try fingers 3and4 on shift and finger 1 on alt
or fingers 4and5 on shift and finger 2 on alt

if you're in town, click move on somelocation and hold shift ( your char should look like it's sliding or something... )

Change the con/tele/redemption to q/w/e so it's closer to shift and alt?

Here's what I use. It's essentially the same for all characters.

KEYS:
For skills I pretty much only use the scroll wheel, with F1 to bring me back to the starting position. The most used things are placed closest to F1 (keep in mind that the cycle repeats, so F8 is "next to" F1)

F1: Primary (right-click) skill or aura.
F2-4: Secondary attacks. This means left-click skills for paladins, which can't be scrolled through- hence them being easily reachable.
F5-7: Prebuffs, summons, and teleport. The most often used get higher numbers.
F8: Town portal.

Potions: 1-4
Show map: tab
Clear screen: space
Show items on ground: alt
Stand still: shift


HAND:
Thumb: alt, space
Index finger: potions 3 and 4, and F2-4
Middle finger: potion 2 and F1
Ring finger: potion 1
Pinky finger: tab, shift

Well, I am uncoordinated, so I ended having to make it really simple.

hotkeys:
z = concentration
x = teleport
c = redemption
v = holy sheild

a,s,d,f = potions

This way, i can rest my pinky on shift and easily switch from tele to hammers. Tele works with shift held also, so even a spaz like me can play with out ever having to move fingers.
